Huge Error In Logic

Ok, so here is a story about some herb that is supposed to make people drink less. The story is from Boston, so it's obvisouly crazy. Anyways, it seems to me that people would want to take the herb because it makes you drunker faster, as oppossed to less drunk... which is why you'd want people to drink less beer... oh, and I've got the rights to adding this shit in my beer, so don't even think about it.
