MBAA Pkg School?
Jeff, wtf? Are you saying that George didn't teach you enough about packaging whist in Davis? Or did you just take the free trip to Wi. to see Harper?
And Harper, is it true that you're going to Winston-Salem (20 mins from my apt) and if so are you flying into Greensboro airport (6 mins from my apt)?
Are you going to have any time while here to perhaps grab a beer or 10 in the great american south? Are you even going to get this message in time? I guess we'll find out in next months episode of Brewers Blog Postings...

Seth, I was indeed in Winston Salem, and was thinking very much that Eden was not so far away, but alas did not contact you... and now I'm back in WI. And I just got your message. (I was only in NC for one entire day.) I did get to visit Richard Childress's vineyard... it was interesting to see how a Nascar driver makes wine... Next time I'm down there I expect I lengthy tour of your plant... or the nearest bar.
Oh, and I drove there... no airplanes involved.
That's a hell of a lot of driving for only one day in town.
Brewery tours are indeed available, and bar trips are definitely feasible. So I hope you can make it down here for some of that sooner or later.
It was more like a two week paid vacation/ learning expedition. I learned more in one day than George taught the whole course. It was fun up there though. I had the Madison experience with Eric and ate all things fried. If only I didn't leave Darren's Scrapple in Denver.
Damn. Jeff, I was wondering if that stuff would ever make it's way to CA. Guess I'll just have to fedex some to the brewery. Keep your eyes peeled.
